After this, you will be asked for your account number (given to you upon signing up), and your password (billing zip-code). Why did my subscription auto renew?
When a customer signs up for a Painting World Magazine subscription they are given many options. You can choose print, digital, 1 year, 2 years, etc. The system we use to manage our subscribers is called SimpleCirc. When you sign up you are notified that your subscription will auto-renew when it is close to expiring. You are given the option to turn it off at any time. To do so you must log in to your account and turn OFF auto-renew. Detailed instructions and notifications are also sent to the email address provided at sign-up. You can also change the email address we have on file by logging into your subscriber account. Subscribers are responsible for managing their accounts and updating correct information.
Why haven’t I received my Painting World Magazine yet?
Our magazine is bimonthly, and many subscribers sign up during the month in between issues. Thus, some readers will not receive their Painting World Magazine for 6-8 weeks. When you sign up for a subscription, you will receive the next issue released. Also, due to the worldwide pandemic, certain unforeseen events have affected the mail service. If it has been over 8 weeks and you have not received your magazine, please call us at 937-343-4440.
Should I purchase a digital or print subscription?
This is a matter of personal preference and they’re many benefits to each. A print subscription delivers 6 full-color high-quality print magazines that you can hold in your hands. Some people prefer to have a physical experience that includes the smell of the ink, thumbing through the pages, and carrying the magazine with them. If you decide on the digital and you can access the digital issues through your subscriber account. You can download and print the digital issues as well as have access to back issues that were saved in the digital format. You also have access wherever you have a cell or internet signal.
