2020 Editorial Calendar for the PWM Blog.

Have you ever wanted to try your hand at designing? Are you a designer looking for a place to showcase your talents? Each issue, three times a month, the Painting World Magazine BLOG showcases a unique talent with a wonderful project. Each issue goes out to more than 8000 subscribers, along with access through social media and our online presence, it is a great way to keep your work in the public eye...and we pay you for it!

We are looking for acrylic, watercolor, oils, chalks, colored pencil, just about every medium you can think of.

We want all kinds of art, from animals, to florals, from Halloween to Christmas, from Steampunk to tropical.

Realistic, whimsical, cutesy, any style!

We want all kinds of surfaces too, from canvas to wood, ornaments to glass, paper mache to jewelry. Fabric to gourds, slate to burlap, we want it all!

We encourage you to think outside the box but also welcome traditional submissions.

Our goal is to provide our readers with a wide variety of projects, we want something for everyone and projects that inspire trying something new.

January - New Years, Valentine's Day, Earth Day, Chinese New Year, St. Patrick's Day

February - Home Decor (Kitchen, Bedroom, Living Room, Bath, etc.)

March - Birds of Spring, Mother's Day, Easter

April - Father's Day, Birds of Summer, Patriotic

May - Picnic

June - Steampunk

July - Christmas in July

August - Halloween High Jinx

September - Day of the Dead

October - Fall into Christmas

November - Christmas

December - Last minute gifts, Jewelry, Everyday, Art Deco

We are also looking for projects that include a recipe and a painted item to match.

Everyday items are looked at for all issues, not just December.
