Blog Notes - March 15, 2023

As the earth explodes with a spectacle of color, at least here in the southern parts of the US, March continues towards spring. Here flowers are starting to take over the remnants of winter with showers of color, from the lovely lavenders of Wisteria to the abundant blooms of the Rhododendron and Azaleas. Tiny white blossoms battle with the humble Dandelion while bees collect their bounty and birds sing amongst the trees. The perfect lead into Earth Day.

This issue brings the return of our Art Journal Challenges. The first new challenge brings a tribute to Earth Day in two parts. Be sure to join us and start your journal if you haven't already.

Amanda Novaes brings us a fun project for Easter with her Choco Bunny! This bunny is sure to help decorate your Easter.

Our Promoting Painting participants have all kinds of fun for the upcoming spring season. Be sure to check them out.

Oh, one more thing, be sure to paint the green, Saint Patrick's Day is almost upon us.
