Blog Notes May 22, 2020
It is hard to believe we are almost to the end of May and close to the end of Spring. Summer hovers just around the corner and we all wonder what that summer will be like. Hopefully, being the optimistic person that I am, summer will bring a return to somewhat normal activity. While staying safe remains a constant I am so much in need of people. Not only a hug from my loved ones but just those quick, general conversations face to face with other humans!
This issue is dedicated to that wonderful yet quirky bird we all know and love, the chicken. There is that age-old question, which came first? The chicken or the egg? Both have played quite a role in the painting world. Perhaps the perfect irony would be to paint a chicken on an egg?
Be sure to check out Linda Lineman's picnic basket. I asked and she delivered. This fun design can be used in so many ways. Thanks Linda!
