HUMP Day!

This odd tradition was begun in the mid -60's. Some random person looking to break the monotony of the workweek decided mid-week or Wednesday should be called Hump Day, halfway through the daily grind and heading towards the weekend.
What better mascot than the magnificent camel. Who else has their own, personal hump?! A majestic animal, suitable for painting. It would also be fun to use the camel and Hump Day as a subject for a mixed media project or an art journal.

Enjoy the rest of the week and know this, the weekend is coming!
Bonus Trivia - Did you know there are three species of camels?
The Dromedary sports one hump and the Bactrian and Wild Bactrian, which sport two humps!
Quote of the Day -
“Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none.”
William Shakespeare
Happy Wednesday!
